We recommend booking your wedding catering 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). For rehearsal dinners and smaller events, 4-6 weeks notice is typically sufficient.
Do you offer tastings before the wedding?
Yes! We offer complimentary tastings for weddings over 75 guests. For smaller events, we offer tastings at a reduced price that's credited toward your final order.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for weddings?
Absolutely! We work with you to accommodate all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific menus. We can create special plates for guests with restrictions.
What is included in your wedding catering packages?
Our wedding packages include food preparation, delivery, setup, serving staff, and cleanup. We also offer china, linens, and bar service as add-ons. Every package includes a consultation to customize your menu.
Do you cater at any venue?
Yes! We bring our Italian excellence to your chosen venue anywhere in Mercer County and surrounding areas. From elegant ballrooms to outdoor gardens, we handle the catering so you can focus on your celebration.
What is the deposit and payment schedule?
We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with 50% due 30 days before the event and the final 25% due one week prior. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
